If you have an intolerance to certain foods, it may take between 1 and 3 days before you experience any symptoms. This can make the cause difficult to pinpoint, unlike a food allergy (an IgE reaction) where the symptoms are often immediate. Trial and error, or elimination diets, can sometimes take months before your trigger foods can be properly identified.

This is not a life threatening reaction but can cause distressing symptoms such as IBS, bloating, headaches, skin problems, tiredness and joint pain.

Laboratory Testing

Our food intolerance test measures your unique IgG reaction to 134 different foods including grains and gluten, fruit, vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds, dairy, eggs, herbs, spices, oils, drinks, meat, fish, protein supplements, and miscellaneaous ingredients such as yeast and vinegar.

The test requires just a few drops of blood, taken from a simple finger prick, which you can carry out in the comfort of your own home. The results show reactivity on a scale of 1 to 5 so it is an easy matter to establish the major culprits!
